It's your virtual co-pilot. You issue the instructions: "Raise undercarriage!", "Half flaps!" or "Throttle back engine" and 'Voice Buddy' carries out your orders!

Even using different headsets, after setting the mic levels correctly, VOICE BUDDY still works fine.   I realise that the voice recognition package is probably a proprietary product, but nevertheless the sheer quantity of Flight Simulator commands available and the number of specialised responses are many more than I expected. It is really quite uncanny to command, for example, "All Lights Off" or "Autopilot Master Switch Off" and then to see the panel mounted switches actually move to the appropriate position! On my setup, at least, I am more than delighted with this product"
