Made for us by Orion Optics in Crewe, this telescope has the best optics available - 1/10th wave, peak-to-valley. The F4 focal ratio provides stunning wide-field vistas while the 1600mm focal length still allows easy access to the higher magnifications.
This telescope has a 9-point flotation mirror cell, a cooling fan on the rear of the main mirror and a friction brake.
Precision 2" microfocus Crayford focuser, 80mm finderscope, William Optics 25mm SWAN eyepiece (64x magnification, over 1deg field of view), and Orion USA 2x APO Barlow lens. Standard package also available.
